This ethos, which we are a strong advocate for is central to our approach in the provision of our services. Our team are working towards a future when home care is personalised for all those in need of care and support.
Where those needing care require assistance to find their support, we want to reassure those responsible for seeking care for them, they have found a service with a passion to make a difference and compliance checked providers. This service was founded from frustrations sourcing personalised home care and being in the same position as you right now.
Our directory enables those seeking care and support, a platform to find local care and support that is most suited to their personal needs and lifestyle. Using our directory you can access diverse areas of support and qualified, experienced and approved carers and home support provisions.
The vision for our directory came from Maria’s own experience as a qualified Social Worker. Maria holds a BSC (Hons) in Social Work and has substantial experience of working in adult services, both older adults and learning disabilities.
Maria comments “Through my work I saw that customers wanted consistency of carers, flexible call times, carers with compassion, carers who they could build a rapport with and who showed an interest;taking time to have a chat. I saw their frustrations with a service lead provision. I also had my own experiences of my son who has Autism and learning disabilities and knew the frustrations of not having personalised care and support. I saw a need for a home care service that made the difference and recognised and valued personalised care and support and so set up a different type of home care service to meet this gap “.
